Wisdom and experience are necessary to separate what works from what doesn’t, and also what the local constructor can realistically handle. We always warn our clients that some things that are excellent in their land do not function well in our climate. If there is some particular construction method you wish to see implemented, tell us. If it’s a good idea, we’ll have it done for you, and if not we’ll explain exactly why it doesn’t work, or whether there is a variant that achieves the same for less cost.
